Caspian Caviar has over 20 years’ experience in supplying private clients, restaurants, food halls and hotels. Our aim is to supply only the world`s finest caviar direct to you.

We believe that we supply the very best quality farmed caviar in Europe, but at a refreshingly competitive price. We achieve this by undertaking extensive tastings and dealing direct with a number of European producers. This allows us to offer a full range of classic caviars, as well as the more unusual.

All our caviar is farmed, processed and shipped under strict adherence to the CITES rules and regulations. Our aim is to keep the supply chain as short as possible, so delivering the best possible quality and value to you, our valued customer.

We offer a unique collection of gift sets featuring a selection of our caviars and other gourmet foods, all presented in a smart black gift box. We also offer a wider range of our products, beautifully presented in wicker hampers. Caspian can also provide a bespoke gift service for those special occasions and corporate events.

Do try our smoked salmon from a land based farm in Iceland. This contained system avoids all the environmental problems associated with open cage farms in the sea. It is currently the only land farmed salmon for sale in the UK.
